On completion I get this page and an 0 - Invalid address error:

Any idea what causes this?

    Hello Jed,

    Old version of B2J Contact is not working with Joomla 3.5.1.
    We have fixed it and released it. You need to purchase it to download the new version.
    It is paid component here, so you must have active subscription to download it.
