0Hi,
Can you please provide backend access credential of your site at [email protected] so that we can look into this issue at your end.
It looks like captcha images are not getting generated.
We also need to check the php configuration on your server whether there is any conflicting setting which is causing this issue so please make sure the access which you provide us should be able to view system information and global config in the Joomla backend.
At our end, with this Joomla and B2J-contact version installed, captcha rendering is working fine. -
