You could use label field for that, but then you will need to put a lot of effort in CSS coding to make this work correctly

Not just that. You would have to add a logic which would actually pull this info from the DB and a reference to it.

It would be much simpler, although it would still require CSS coding, to use Label field and style it through the CSS
