Cannot use quote (') character in field name Bug

In B2Jcontact, when adding a field, if the name contains a quote character ('), it is stripped after saving the form.
Example :
adding a field with name = Date d'adhésion
click save
field name is now : Date dadhésion

    Hi,

    In the field name quotes are not allowed since if there exists any quote character then its token becomes unusable.
