Please I need your assistance on how to get the message summary to sender to appear on different paragraph (just like the image 1 below) instead of on one paragraph (see image 2 below)

Also, Is it possible to change the name "User" that represents the client's name TO the client's actual "Name" i.e instead of From : "User" , it appears as From : "Ifynity25".
