In an instance of the site on IE8 on Win7 the form looks screwed up (I expect a css issue as it is also borked in IE7) but in 7 it works and in 8 I get

Error while sending the email. Could not instantiate mail function.

Now I know, IE. Yeesh. And IE7 and 8. Also yeesh. But if it works on 7 it should on 8. Does on all Firefox and safari we have tried. Phones. Tablets. Thoughts. Fixes.
