When I try to save or save & close ( that never close) I get error msgs like:
Save failed with the following error: SQL=SELECT * FROM `s5oct_ucm_history` WHERE `ucm_item_id` = 1 AND `ucm_type_id` = AND `sha1_hash` = 'abb8d3afcd374e95071c7141af102b4ab6857568' LIMIT 0, 1
Save failed with the following error: SQL=SELECT * FROM `s5oct_ucm_history` WHERE `ucm_item_id` = 1 AND `ucm_type_id` = AND `sha1_hash` = 'd3e73c15e5b3af16055bccb65170f2e073d3d93c' LIMIT 0, 1

Anyway the form its saved and if I close (after click on save or save & close) and open again the form its saved.

Any idea why its happened this ? I am using Joomla! 3.2.1, PHP 5.3.27 and MySQL 5.5.32
