Fields are not saving in backend.

Hi, I'm using Joomla with following configuration:-
Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.0.1 Stable [ Ember ] 09-October-2012 14:00 GMT
PHP Version 5.4.4-14+deb7u12
My problem is that five fields are saving in backend, on save next field it delet all the fields and showing only a group. I checked it with reinstallation of component. Please Help.
