Upload button is not shown, and I think it may be due to a javascript conflict.

Both the button and top menu's dropdowns don't work.

I've read some posts where users solved similar problems with the "easy jQuery" plugin, but I am currently using another one.
I use the "eorisis: jQuery" plugin to make the social share buttons work in the article pages, as here:

I tried both eorisis:jQuery and easy jQuery, but I didn't achieve anything.
