hi all

I have created a contact form which isa mix of text fields and drop down fields. Everything is OK as long as I have 5 fields or fewer. If I add a 6th field, then the form crashes, nothing shows in the front end and all the fields disappear from the form in the backend. Whne this happens, the form is no longer editable and has to be deleted and a new form created.

Any suggestions willbe greatfully received.

Apart from this, the extension is perfect.
