Hello All

Before 1 month i was received all emails with attachments but suddenly I can't receive any e-mail attachments. but when i check b2j contact path on server i found the attachments .
what should i do ?

    Hi Ahmed,

    Can you please cross check the form configuration for attachment related settings under default section.
    There is one setting named "Receive Upload As" under Attachment, please check what is set in that parameter. It should be set to 'email attachments' to received file uploads in email.

    Have you tried changing the email address to check whether attachments are getting received on another email address or not?
    You can also ensure that the current mailbox quota is not exceeded otherwise no submission will be received.

    Also check the file size parameter, in case it contains small value due to which all the files larger than that are getting discarded.
    Kindly update us with the result and also mention the B2J-contact version you are using on your site
