Hi,
1./ I just installed this module and can't figure out how could I set that after clicking on item title item should appear instead of bottom at the top of the site (I shouldn't need to scroll down) or on extra page?
2./ Can I set publishing date with additional time (hour:minutes)?
Do you have any idea?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Denis,
Since News menu which you created is of K2 category type, it will list out all the items coming under that category.
You can create another separate menu link for this module or display this module on another menu which does not list out k2 items.
Regarding back button on demo site, that is coming from the template not form the module.
Thank You
Team Codextrous

0Hello,
Thanks for using our extension.
#1 : As in our demo of New Loader, http://extensions.codextrous.com/demo/b2j-news-loader
When we click on item title, it is opening the item. Please explain the requirement if you do not want this or if this is not happening at your end, then can you share your website link at [email protected] .
#2 : Start publishing is a field managed by joomla. So you can add the time there and check if it works or not, but I guess, it will work. -

Thanks for your response.
I'm a very beginner and maybe I set up module improperly.
Unfortunately, my site is running still local, so I can't show my code to you.
However, I would try to explain what I did up to this point.
I created a category (News) than a menu point (News).
In News menu setting:
- Menu Item Type - "Categories"
- selected category is "News"
B2J News Loader for K2 module setting:
- Menu Assignment - Only on the page selected = News
- Basic setting - Selected K2 category = News
Then I created a few item in News category - these appear on News site properly.
When I click on an Item title, the News listing stays there (top of the site) and the Item appears only below the listing, so I need scroll down ...
Your linked Demo is perfect with the "back to listing" function, but I don't have anything like this.
After reading the chosen item, I need scroll up to the top to see my news listing again.
I hope, you can follow my explanation.
Do you have any idea how could I solve this issue and get the same function as your demo?
Thanks in advance for your help. -

0Hello,
This issue is gearing because you have set module to to menu link "News" which is also used for k2 articles. So this module will be shown on k2 items too.
You can check, there is surely change in url when you click, but it is appearing as child of news menu, so same module is getting displayed.
You should change create new menu for showing module or need to show module on somewhere else, otherwise it will be displayed on all k2 items. -
