Dear all,

Text field displays only the lower half of the input, tested in firefox 26.0
Text area displays input correctly.
I tested the form in safari, no problems detected.
I have updated the component, version 1.7. Joomla! 2.5
I have updated Joomla! to 2.5.17

Placeholder doesn't seem to work also.
Maybe I oversee some settings.
