After i select yes on enabling file upload, once i publish the form no field to upload appears, only apear the link to reset the attachments, as this happened to anyone yet.

    Hello!

    There seems to be a JS error on that page, which is in conflict with B2J Contact!

    Please try to understand the reason! If you are using 3rd party plugins or modules that include JS files, please disable them to understand which module/plugin causes this!
